Tristan Burtt, founder and owner began her work as a personal concierge after 20 years as a funeral director.  Her compassion, attention to detail and sense of discretion developed her skills as one who knows how to confidently and tastefully help her clients find functional structure within their daily lives.

Her philosophy of Ownership Thinking has been the bedrock of how she manages her client's homes, special projects, and events, down to the most complex details to packing, moving, and organizing your new home.
