Tristan Burtt, founder and owner, began her work as a personal concierge after 20 years serving as a funeral director.  Her compassion, attention to detail and sense of discretion developed her skills as one who knows how to confidently and tastefully help her clients find functional structure within their daily lives. 

Her philosophy of Ownership Thinking has been the bedrock of how she manages her clients' homes, special projects and events, down to the most complex details of packing, moving and organizing your new home. 

"There are no excuses; we get it done." Tristan treats her clients as if she was managing her own home or business or personal schedule.  The result is a portfolio of satisfied clients that retain PPC on a regular basis - and regularly refer their friends and associates.

Michelle Slavik, Concierge Consultant.  I was born and raised in Iowa - a hard-working farm girl with strong family values.  I worked as a nurse aide & dietary aide.  I later moved to Omaha where I spent 25 years working as a court reporter and 12 years as a real estate agent.  I moved to Denver in 2019 where I continue to sell real estate.  Through these endeavors my strengths shine and my desire to help others.  I enjoy the variety of tasks, with a hard work ethic.  Giving of my time and energy is a gift that I take great pride in.  No job left undone, attention to detail, organized and efficient.  My enthusiasm and friendliness shine through.  

Michelle's husband Joe will say, "if you want something done, just give it to Michelle - it will get done correctly and promptly."  I will always provide the best possible service in any situation.  My approach is with sincere concern and understanding of what the needs are of others.  My style of service is very polished, calm, direct and polite.  The shear positivity with which I approach my daily tasks is pure gratitude and hopefully contagious!
